High-Level & Terrace Lifting

Crane lifting of chillers and heavy equipment to rooftops, terraces and upper floors — proven up to 45 metres height at 20-metre radius.

High-Level & Terrace Lifting

Overview

Lifting heavy equipment to height is a specialist discipline — and one of IPN LIFTERS' proven strengths. We have lifted chillers to 45-metre rooftops at a 20-metre crane radius adjacent to fully occupied buildings, and placed equipment on high-rise terraces where the crane's load chart, wind conditions and ground bearing all had to be engineered precisely. Every high-level lift begins with a crane study: load charts are verified at the actual height and radius, ground reinforcement is planned for outrigger loads, and lifts are scheduled for low-wind windows — often early morning — with full exclusion zones below. Whether it's a rooftop chiller plant, a terrace AHU farm or equipment for an upper mechanical floor, we deliver single-lift precision placement.

How We Deliver It

01

Crane Study

Verify crane load charts at the actual lift height and radius; confirm capacity margins and boom configuration

02

Ground & Site Preparation

Reinforce outrigger positions, establish exclusion zones and coordinate building access

03

Weather Window Scheduling

Schedule the lift for low-wind, low-occupancy windows with all teams briefed

04

Single-Lift Placement

Execute the lift with crane operator, riggers and rooftop team in continuous communication
