Overview
When a chiller or transformer reaches end of life, the replacement job is twice the work: the old unit must come out before the new one goes in — usually through the same narrow route, and usually while the building keeps running. IPN LIFTERS manages the complete cycle: systematic disconnection, sectioning oversized units for removal through restricted openings, rigging out the old equipment, and craning in and positioning the replacement. We have swapped 450 TR chillers over a single weekend so occupied floors never lost cooling during working hours, and executed hospital plant-room replacements on night shifts with acoustic barriers and infection-control compliance. Minimal downtime is not a promise — it's the plan.
