The Challenge
The semiconductor facility demanded cleanroom-grade handling protocols. Even minor contamination from dust or debris during the chiller installation could compromise the facility's controlled environment.
Our Approach
The chiller was wrapped in protective covers during transport and handling. The installation route was pre-cleaned and dust barriers were erected. The Johnson Controls unit was placed on its foundation using a controlled crane lift with anti-contamination measures throughout.
The Result
Chiller installed with zero contamination incidents. TATA Projects' quality team cleared the installation for integration with the semiconductor facility's cooling system.
