The Challenge
The Coca-Cola plant required the new chillers to be unloaded and positioned within their production facility without disrupting the bottling line operations. The plant's internal roads had weight restrictions for heavy vehicles.
Our Approach
Chillers were unloaded at the plant gate using a mobile crane and transferred onto low-profile trolleys for transport to the installation point. Final positioning was done using hydraulic jacks and rollers within the plant room.
The Result
Chillers delivered and positioned as per Coca-Cola's plant layout specifications. Bottling line operations continued without interruption throughout the installation.
